48 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment without incurring a cancelation fee. In the event that the cancellation is not within the 24-hour window of your reservation, there will be a cancellation fee based on the services of your appointment. Canceling within 24 hours: 50% of booked service(s) will be charged.
“NO SHOWS” or canceling within a day of your appointment: 100% of the missed service amount will be charged.
Will not be able to re-book until the service missed is paid for.

When a guest forgets or cancels their appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the chance to offer it to other guests on my waiting list. If I am not given enough time to fill in the open appointment, it affects my dollar amount. The more notice you provide me , gives me the chance to fill that missed spot .
I don't like having to charge a cancellation fee either. But because it affects my livelihood, I hope you understand. Also for big dollar amount services, I will ask for a deposit fee (Extensions, corrective color).

In the event that a re-do needs to happen, I give a two-week window for any changes (based on previous consultation) to happen for you to reach out to me. After the two-week window, it is no longer considered a re-do. If you wish to not have a re-do and are just unhappy you will be reimbursed half of your service.
